Event Manager
Jennifer is the General Manager of Celli’s restaurant group. Jennifer heads up our talented group of event planners and ensures every guest receives the best possible service from first contact until your guests leave on the night of the event!
Whatever it is you need ask, Jennifer can facilitate it all from decor, floral, wine pairings, to guest gifts.
Michael Stauffer
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Michael is the head chef of Celli’s restaurant group. Michael heads a very talented group of experienced chefs within the company. Michael has his Bcomm in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the University of Guelph, before traveling to France and acquiring his formal culinary training from Le Cordon Blue, Paris. Michael completed his apprenticeship at Le Grand Vefour, a Michelin 3 star restaurant, before training in such Canadian institutions as Langdon Hall, Splendido, and Rain.
